Haarlem's first real craft beer bar, and you can tell in every detail. Thirty taps rotating between Uiltje's own beers and brewers they genuinely believe in, plus a fridge holding over a hundred and twenty bottles. A Golden Age building with bare brick, where the conversation is about beer without ever getting pretentious.
On the Zijlstraat, right in the historic centre of Haarlem, you will find the bar of Uiltje Brewing Company. A hundred and twenty square metres with a tap wall that is constantly changing: their own beers alongside guest taps from breweries they genuinely rate.
The kitchen sticks to what goes well with beer and does it right: more than twenty cheeses, a handful of pizzas and sandwiches. For groups, they will reserve part of the bar or a long table, from five to well over fifty people, with no surcharge. The four-beer tasting with the story behind the brewery is a classic here.
