Which languages does the booking form use?+
The form itself is currently in Dutch, but it is short and mostly clicking through options — pick a venue, occasion, guest count and package, and the total updates as you go. If anything is unclear, just email us and we'll help in English.
How quickly do I get a confirmation?+
For groups up to 20 guests you get an instant confirmation. Above that, or for anything that needs a closer look, you'll hear from us within 24 hours.
Can I book more than one room, or an entire venue?+
Yes. Every venue page shows its rooms and whether exclusive use of the whole venue is possible, with the room hire and minimum spend that applies.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
That depends on the venue and the size of your booking. Larger and exclusive bookings usually require a deposit or a minimum spend guarantee, which is always shown before you confirm.
Can I still change the guest count or the date afterwards?+
In most cases, yes — just reply to your confirmation email and we'll sort it out with the venue directly.
